How to Order?

Simply choose your product from our list then click the “Add To Cart” or "Buy Now" button and follow the simple steps to complete your order.

How will I receive the step-by-step Tutorial details and Material Kit?

Once you place the Order, as a first time customer you will receive two emails from Craftenly. One email from "Craftenly" for your Confirmed Order with Order details and another email from "Craftenly Courses" with details for your online tutorial account.

Online Tutorial -  As a first time user, you will have to setup your account by clicking on "Click here to set your password link" in the email from Craftenly Courses. Here you will be asked to create a password for your subsequent sign-ins and access your dashboard for all courses that you purchase. Once your account is setup you can login and view your courses anytime. You can use Sign-in URL link to login in next time to access your courses.

Material Kit - Material Kit will be shipped to your shipping address. You will receive an email from Craftenly when your Material Kit is ready for dispatch with the tracking number. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.

If you are returning customer and already have a Craftenly Courses account with us, the new course will be added to your account directly after purchase, so you will not receive any email from Craftenly Courses. However, you will still receive email from Craftenly for order confirmation and details of purchase. For uniform experience, please use same email address across both Craftenly and Craftenly Courses website platforms.

Can I purchase multiple projects at one time?

Yes, you can purchase multiple projects at one time, just select the project you want to purchase, add to your cart, and complete the order.

Can I cancel my order?

Sorry. Once your order is placed, there is no option to cancel your order.

Can I return/exchange the products?

We provide exchange and return for certain scenarios. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for more details.

When my order will be shipped?

We will try our best to ship the material as soon as the order is complete. Please refer to our Shipping Policy page for the details.

 

COURSE TYPE

What are different type of courses available at Craftenly?

At present, Craftenly is providing 3 levels of courses for various age groups as following:

Cute Creative is Level 1 small projects for beginners who wants to try theirs hands in clay craft can start with level 1 projects. It's suitable for all age group 3 Yrs and above. For smaller kids below 6 years, parental guidance is required. However, no prior clay crafting experience is required.

Basic Creative is Level 2 projects which is bigger in size than Level 1 project. It's suitable for all age group 5 years and above. For smaller kids below 6 years, parental guidance is required. However, no prior clay crafting experience is required.

Advance Creative is Level 3 project which is more detailed and bigger than Level 2. It's suitable for age group 8 years and above. However, no prior clay crafting experience is required.

Last but not the least,Teams at Craftenly and Yenji are passionate to provide various forms of clay crafting. We are working hard to keep on adding new innovative designs and level of courses in future.

 

ONLINE COURSE ACCESS

I have setup the password through the link that was sent from Craftenly Courses, however, I am having issues with my account access.

No worries, just email the issue details from your registered email address to hello@craftenly.com.au 

I have forgotten my password for Craftenly Courses.

Please try resetting the password through "Forgot Password?" link on sign-in page. (For easy access, click on this link -> Craftenly Courses Sign-in page). If you are still not able to access your account then just email the issue details from your registered email address to hello@craftenly.com.au 

 

CLAY AND CRAFT MATERIAL

Do you provide clay and other craft materials apart from DIY Material Kits?

Yes. At Craftenly, you can access wide range of Yenji clay and art materials required for clay crafting. Just navigate to our Craft Material section.

How to prevent clay from drying?

The clay dries at room temperature so you must always keep it in the airtight container wrapped in the cling foil. We provide container in our DIY kits to keep the clay for longer use.

Where can I access and watch online tutorials?

Once you are registered and have your account login details, you can access and watch our online tutorials on computer, mobile, tablet and Smart TV with an internet connection.
