Can I return/exchange the products?

CLAY AND CRAFT MATERIAL

How to prevent clay from drying?

The clay dries at room temperature so you must always keep it in the airtight container wrapped in the cling foil. 

Does your craft box cover all materials required for making craft?

Yes, our craft boxes have all materials needed for artwork i.e. Wooden base, Set of crafting accessories, Pack of air dry clay, Instruction guide, Design template.
