Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be defective or damaged when you received it or my mistake you received an incorrect material kit. In case of Clay if your clay is totally dried up, then its eligible for refund with in 30 days of purchase.

All products are checked for quality before dispatch and while we do try our best to ensure that the product is delivered to you in perfect condition and right product is been sent.

Return Process

  • If you receive a box with damaged items/dried clay inside or its not what you ordered, please send us an email at hello@craftenly.com.au within 30 days, along with photos of the damaged product(s) (damaged box not included as it does not affect the quality of products inside).
  • Once approved, we will arrange for your items to be returned and email you the return label, please print the label and attached the label to the parcel. Please ensure following:
    • Parcel are well Packed, so that they arrive intact
    • Print a clear and smudge-free barcode on your lable. Sendle lable is clearly displayed and stuck on tight to the outer layer of your parcel, with nothing covering the Scanning code
    • If you are using the same box you received please make sure its not damaged, the content inside could be compromised.
    • The courier will refuse pickup and we will not be able to refund you if label is handwritten, incomplete, excluding barcode, resized or not properly attached.
  • Once your parcel is ready please send it via Sendle. You can either book a pickup via sendle or go to nearest sendle to drop your parcel.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
